DESCRIPTION
PWR220T-35-10R0J is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This 35 W resistor features a 10 O resistance value with ±5% tolerance, low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W. It operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±100 PPM/°C and maximum operating voltage of 250 V. The resistor is electrically isolated from the backplate and is AEC-Q200 and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits in automotive and industrial applications.
