DESCRIPTION
PWR220T-35-27R0J is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This 27 O resistor delivers a 35 W power rating at 25°C case temperature with ±5% tolerance and a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±100 PPM/°C. The device features low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), thermal resistance of 3.7°C/W, and operates reliably across -55°C to 155°C. With a maximum operating voltage of 250 V, dielectric strength of 2 kV AC, and insulation resistance of 10 GO, it is well-suited for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits in automotive and industrial applications. The resistor is AEC-Q200 compliant and RoHS compliant, ensuring reliability and environmental compliance.
