DESCRIPTION
The PWR263S-20-47R0J is a thick film power resistor from the Bourns® PWR263S-20 series, designed for high power dissipation. It provides a resistance of 47 Ω with a ±5% tolerance and a power rating of 20 W at a 25°C case temperature. Manufactured with thick film on an alumina substrate, this resistor features low inductance, is electrically isolated from its backplate, and has a TCR of ±100 PPM/°C. As an AEC-Q200 qualified component, it is well-suited for demanding applications such as power supplies, motor drives, rectifiers, and test and measurement equipment, particularly in snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits.
