PWR263S-20-4R70J is a 20 W D²PAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology, with a resistance value of 4.7 O and ±5% tolerance. The resistor features low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), electrical isolation of the resistor from the backplate, and a thermal resistance of 6.5 °C/W, enabling efficient heat dissipation in demanding applications. It operates across a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C with a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±100 PPM/°C, and supports a maximum operating voltage of 250 V.
