DESCRIPTION

PWR263S-35-15R0J is a 35 W power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology in a TO263 D²PAK surface-mount package. This resistor features a resistance value of 15 O with ±1% tolerance, low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W, making it suitable for high-power dissipation applications. The device operates over a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 PPM/°C, and is rated for a maximum operating voltage of 250 V. It is RoHS compliant and AEC-Q200 qualified, with the resistor electrically isolated from the backplate for enhanced safety.
