DESCRIPTION
The PWR263S-35-75R0J is a D²PAK style power resistor from the Bourns® PWR263S-35 series, designed for high-power applications. It provides a resistance of 75 Ω with an absolute tolerance of ±5% and features a high power rating of 35 W at a 25 °C case temperature. Manufactured using thick film on alumina ceramic technology, this resistor offers low inductance, is electrically isolated from its backplate, and is compatible with lead-free solder reflow processes. As an AEC-Q200 compliant component, it is well-suited for automotive applications, including current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits.
