DESCRIPTION
PWR263S-35-R750F is a 750 O, 35 W power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick-film technology on alumina ceramic substrate in a D²PAK (TO263) surface-mount package. The resistor features a 1% tolerance, low inductance of 0.1 µH maximum, and thermal resistance of 3.7 °C/W, with an operating temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C. It is electrically isolated from the backplate, rated for a maximum operating voltage of 250 V, and exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR) of ±100 PPM/°C. The device is RoHS compliant and AEC-Q200 qualified, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial applications including power supplies, motor drives, current measurement circuits, snubber networks, and test and measurement equipment.
