DESCRIPTION
RJR24FP102P is a 3/8" square multiturn trimming potentiometer (Trimpot) designed for industrial and sealed applications requiring precision resistance adjustment. This cermet-element potentiometer features a 1 kO nominal resistance with ±10% tolerance, infinite resolution, and 25 turns of effective travel, enabling precise voltage and resistance adjustability of ±0.01% and ±0.05% respectively. The device is rated for 0.5 watts at 85°C and operates reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, meeting both MIL-PRF-22097 and high-reliability MIL-PRF-39035 standards. Its sealed construction with UL 94V-0 flammability rating, 1,000 megohm minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC, and robust mechanical design (5.0 oz-in maximum torque) make it ideal for military, aerospace, and industrial instrumentation applications where long-term stability and environmental durability are critical.
