DESCRIPTION
RJR24FW501M is a 3/8" square multiturn trimming potentiometer featuring a 500 ohm cermet element with sealed, industrial-grade construction. The device offers exceptional adjustability with voltage accuracy of ±0.01% and resistance accuracy of ±0.05%, combined with infinite resolution and an effective travel of 25 turns nominal. It operates across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C, and provides 1,000 megohms minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC. The potentiometer is rated for 0.5 watt at 85°C (maximum 300 volts) and demonstrates robust environmental performance with 10,000 hours load life at 0.5 watt and 85°C, vibration tolerance of 20 G, and shock tolerance of 100 G. This device is listed on the QPL per MIL-PRF-22097 and MIL-PRF-39035, making it ideal for military, aerospace, and high-reliability industrial applications requiring precision trimming and calibration.
