DESCRIPTION
RLB1014-104KL is a radial lead inductor from Bourns' RLB Series designed for high-current power supply and DC/DC converter circuits. The device features a ferrite DR core with enameled copper wire windings and Cu/Sn terminals, delivering 100 µH ± 10% inductance with a quality factor (Q) of 45 at 0.796 MHz test frequency. It exhibits a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 3.20 MHz, DC resistance (RDC) of 0.85 O maximum, and supports typical RMS current of 0.78 A with saturation current of 2 A. The inductor operates reliably across -40°C to +125°C, features moisture sensitivity level 1, and is housed in a shrinkable tube rated for 125°C and 600 V, making it suitable for demanding power conversion applications requiring high current handling and stable inductance performance.
