DESCRIPTION
The RTR24DX103M is a sealed multiturn wirewound trimming potentiometer (Trimpot) designed for industrial precision adjustment and processing applications. It features a 10 kO nominal resistance with ±5% tolerance, 0.19% nominal resolution, and operates across a temperature range of -65°C to +150°C with a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm/°C. The device is rated for 0.75 W at 85°C, provides 1000 Vrms dielectric strength at sea level, and maintains 1000 MO minimum insulation resistance at 500 VDC. With 25 turns of adjustment travel, a 5.0 oz-in maximum torque specification, and compliance with MIL-PRF-39015 high-reliability standards, this potentiometer delivers stable performance under vibration (20 g) and shock (100 g) conditions. It is commonly used in circuit calibration, signal conditioning, and equipment tuning where sealed construction and long-term stability are critical.
