DESCRIPTION

SRN3015TA-150M is a semi-shielded power inductor from Bourns designed for use in switching power supplies, DC-DC converters, and other power management circuits. The device features a 15 µH inductance with ±20% tolerance, a minimum Q factor of 12 at 100 kHz, and a self-resonant frequency of 23 MHz typical. It is rated for 0.7 A RMS current with a saturation current of 0.65 A, and exhibits a DC resistance of 0.32 O (±20%). The inductor operates reliably over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a 40°C temperature rise at rated current, and is constructed with a ferrite core, enameled copper wire, and magnetic epoxy resin coating. This AEC-Q200 compliant, RoHS-compliant, and halogen-free component is ideal for automotive and industrial power applications requiring high reliability and compact form factors.
