DESCRIPTION

SRN5020-150M is a semi-shielded power inductor from the Bourns SRN5020 Series, designed for use in DC/DC converters and portable electronic devices. It features an inductance of 15 µH with ±20% tolerance, a maximum DC resistance of 0.198 O, and a typical self-resonant frequency of 15 MHz. The inductor supports a rated RMS current of 1.20 A and a saturation current of 1.10 A, with a compact component height of 2.0 mm maximum. Operating over a temperature range of -40 °C to +125 °C, this RoHS compliant and halogen-free inductor is ideal for applications such as notebook computers, digital video cameras, and LCD displays.
