DESCRIPTION
SRR1240-3R3Y is a shielded surface-mount power inductor from Bourns' SRR1240 series designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supply applications. The inductor features a 3.3 µH inductance at 100 kHz with a quality factor (Q) of ±30, a maximum DC resistance of 43 mO, and an RMS current rating of 15.0 A with a saturation current of 6.80 A. It incorporates a ferrite core with enameled copper wire and Cu/Ni/Sn terminals, operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and maintains a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current. The compact design with a maximum height of 4.5 mm and RoHS compliance makes it ideal for portable communication equipment, camcorders, and LCD TV power supplies where space and reliability are critical.
