DESCRIPTION
SRR1280-4R7Y is a shielded surface-mount power inductor from Bourns' SRR1280 series, designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supply applications. The inductor features a 4.7 µH inductance with ±30% tolerance, a typical Q factor of 22 at 7.96 MHz, and a self-resonant frequency of 30 Hz. It is rated for 8.2 A RMS current with a saturation current of 8.8 A and exhibits a DC resistance of 15.0 mO. The device operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current, and is RoHS compliant.
