DESCRIPTION

TISP4125H3BJR-S is a bidirectional thyristor overvoltage protector designed to safeguard central office, access, and customer premise equipment against overvoltages on telecom lines. The device features a repetitive peak off-state voltage (VDRM) of 100 V and a breakover voltage (V(BO)) of 125 V, with a holding current of 150 mA and a trigger voltage of 3 V. It is housed in a surface mount SMB (DO-214AA) package with J-bend leads and supplied in embossed carrier reel pack. The TISP4125H3BJR-S meets international standards including GR-1089-CORE, FCC Part 68, UL1950, EN 60950, IEC 60950, and ITU-T K.20, K.21, and K.45, and is RoHS compliant. This high-current protection device provides 2-point protection for 2-wire telecommunication equipment and is ideal for protecting Ring and Tip wires in telephones and modems.
