DESCRIPTION
The 7721-10PPSG is a polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) shoulder washer manufactured by Aavid Thermal Division of Boyd, designed for use in thermal management and electronic assembly applications. It is constructed from 40% glass-filled PPS material, which is chemically inert with no known solvents under 200°C (392°F), and features a maximum recommended service temperature of 260°C (500°F). The washer has dimensional specifications of A: 7.62 mm (0.300"), B: 2.41 mm (0.095"), C: 1.40 mm (0.055"), D: 2.97 mm (0.117"), and E: 3.56 mm (0.140"), with a recommended torque range of 0.565 Nm to 0.678 Nm (5 to 6 inch-pounds).
