The 132466 is a thermal transfer printable polyimide label stock designed for the pre-process labeling of printed circuit boards and electronic components. This label features a greenish/amber polyimide material with a matte finish and a permanent acrylic adhesive, with a total thickness of 0.0044 inches. It is engineered to withstand multiple cycles of harsh condition washes and meets the requirements of MIL-STD-202G, Method 215K when printed with the Brady Series R4300 ribbon. The label performs in a wide temperature range, withstanding short-term exposure to 626°F (330°C) and long-term low temperatures of -94°F (-70°C). Its durability makes it ideal for maintaining component traceability throughout demanding manufacturing processes, including wave solder and reflow.
