BM71-250-1-342 is a Brady B-342 PermaSleeve marker, a heat shrink tubing product designed for wire identification and insulation purposes. The marker is manufactured from irradiated polyolefin with a 3:1 shrink ratio and supports both thermal transfer and dot matrix printing technologies. It operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C (-67°F) to +135°C (+275°F), with a minimum recovery temperature of 150°C (302°F) recommended for proper shrinking. The product demonstrates excellent environmental resistance, including weatherability, UV light resistance, humidity resistance, and solvent resistance, with dielectric strength of 500 volts/mil minimum and self-extinguishing flammability characteristics. Available in multiple colors (white, yellow, black, red, orange, green, blue, violet, pink, gray, and brown) and compatible with Brady thermal transfer ribbons (R6600, R4300, R4502S, R6700) and dot matrix ribbons, this marker is ideal for aerospace, industrial, and electrical applications requiring durable, legible wire identification.
