The PTL-13-718 is a B-718 series thermal transfer printable label designed for identifying printed circuit boards and electronic components. It is constructed from a glossy polyimide film with a static dissipative permanent acrylic adhesive, featuring a low-profile total thickness of 0.084 mm. This material is engineered to withstand short-term high temperatures up to 300°C and long-term low temperatures down to -70°C. When printed with the Brady Series R6000 Halogen Free ribbon, it meets the requirements of MIL-STD-202G for chemical resistance. Its durability against harsh wash cycles, thermal stability, and static dissipative properties make it ideal for demanding electronics manufacturing environments.
