DESCRIPTION
The PTL-16-727 is a thermal transfer printable polyimide label stock engineered for high-temperature and harsh environment applications. This label features a glossy finish, a permanent acrylic adhesive, and a total thickness of 0.0044 inches. It is designed to withstand multiple wash cycles and offers excellent thermal performance, remaining functional after 5 minutes at 500°F (260°C) and for 1000 hours at 212°F (100°C). When printed with the Brady Series R6000 Halogen Free ribbon, it meets MIL-STD-202G Method 215K for solvent resistance and is UL Recognized. Its durability makes it ideal for component tracking and identification throughout the entire PCB manufacturing process.
