The THT-18-480-3 is a thermal transfer printable label utilizing B-480A material, which consists of a top-coated polyester with a light gray finish and a permanent rubber-based adhesive. This label stock has a total thickness of 0.0044 inches and provides strong adhesion to various surfaces, including stainless steel at 160 oz/inch after a 24-hour dwell time. It is engineered to perform in a wide temperature range, from a low of -70°C up to a high service temperature of 110°C with no visible effect. With a dielectric strength of 8000 Volts and good resistance to abrasion and chemicals, these labels are ideal for creating durable barcode labels, serial plates, and rating plates in industrial environments.
