DESCRIPTION

B33-500-2-342 is a PermaSleeve marker made from irradiated polyolefin heat shrink tubing designed for wire identification and insulation purposes. The product features a 3:1 shrink ratio and supports multiple printing technologies including thermal transfer (with Brady Series R6600, R4300, R4502S, and R6700 ribbons), dot matrix (R5000 Series), and laser marking methods. It operates across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +135°C with a recommended recovery temperature of 150°C, and meets SAE AS23053/5 (Class 4) qualification standards and mark permanence requirements of AS-81531 and AS-5942. The marker demonstrates excellent chemical resistance, solvent resistance, and environmental durability including UV light resistance, humidity resistance, and salt fog protection. Available in multiple colors (white, yellow, black, red, orange, green, blue, violet, pink, gray, and brown) and sizes ranging from 3/32" to 1 1/2", it is ideal for aerospace, industrial, and electrical applications requiring durable wire identification with superior print permanence and environmental resistance.
