DESCRIPTION
The THT-70-728-20 is a thermal transfer printable label made from B-728 white polyimide film with a permanent acrylic adhesive. It features a matte topcoat specifically designed to resist solder ball adhesion after exposure to molten wave solder. This label can withstand short-term high service temperatures of 572°F (300°C) and low service temperatures down to -94°F (-70°C). Engineered for durability, it survives multiple cycles of harsh condition washes used in printed circuit board cleaning processes. Its robust performance and compliance with MIL-STD-202G make it ideal for component identification throughout manufacturing, including wave solder and cleaning cycles.
