DESCRIPTION
NG-9516 is a NEMA 4X cable gland designed to provide secure, sealed cable entry into enclosures. It features a PG-21 mount thread and accommodates cables with diameters ranging from 0.512 to 0.669 inches (13 to 17 mm). The gland is constructed from nylon-66 (UL94V-2) for the cable nut, body, and nut, with NBR rubber used for the cable seal and washer gasket, all in black color. It operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to 105°C and requires a recommended assembly torque of 44–46 IN./LB. (5–7.5 N-m). The NG-9516 is ideal for industrial applications requiring IP-68 rated cable entry protection in harsh environments, offering dependable sealing and mechanical integrity for control panels, junction boxes, and outdoor enclosures.
