DESCRIPTION
TIGM5M-6M-BL-MBL is a Tippette Series full-sized rocker switch designed for general-purpose and marine applications requiring environmental protection. The switch features a curved smooth-face matte actuator (6M style) with black color, paired with a marine-style black bracket (MBL) that includes a neoprene seal and dummy rivets at open holes for enhanced water shedding. Electrically, it is rated for 10 amps at 250 VAC, 15 amps at 125 VAC, or 3/4 HP at 125–250 VAC, with double-pole circuitry and solder lug termination. The base and actuator are constructed from phenolic (rated to 150°C) and nylon 66 (rated to 105°C) respectively, with a rated operational life of 10,000 hours and neon seals rated for 25,000 hours. This configuration is ideal for marine, industrial, and sealed-environment applications where durability and corrosion resistance are essential.
