DESCRIPTION
VLD1AH0B-00000-000 is a V-Series Contura sealed rocker switch designed for demanding automotive and industrial control applications. The switch features dual seals around the lamp and rocker stem certified to IP66 and IP68 protection levels, with optional external gasket panel seals for enhanced protection. It incorporates a silver-plated butt contact mechanism rated for 50,000 to 100,000 electrical cycles with multiple electrical ratings including 15 amps at 125VAC, 10 amps at 250VAC, and 20 amps at 4-14VDC. The switch base accommodates up to 10 terminals and supports various switch and lighting circuits with a roller pin mechanism that requires no lubrication and withstands extreme temperatures. The polyester blend base is rated to 125°C with UL 94V0 flammability rating, and illumination options include incandescent (10,000 hours), neon (25,000 hours), and LED (100,000 hours at half-life). This switch is ideal for monitoring critical vehicle functions such as oil pressure, temperature, fluid levels, and system malfunctions.
