DESCRIPTION
The GT32S0.16A is a Type GT bimetallic-style overload relay manufactured by Carlo Gavazzi for protecting AC circuits and motors against overloads, phase failure, long starting times, and prolonged stalling. This differential 3-pole relay with 3-bimetal heaters features a Class 10 trip class and operates at a rated operational voltage up to 690V with a rated insulation voltage of 690V. The relay includes trip indication, stop/test buttons, manual/automatic reset selector, and auxiliary contacts (1NO+1NC) rated at 5A thermal current. It is designed for direct mounting on 32AF contactors with screw clamp terminals and operates reliably across an ambient temperature range of -5°C to +60°C. The GT32S0.16A is ideal for motor protection applications in industrial control systems where precise overload detection and reliable circuit interruption are essential.
