DESCRIPTION
RSGD6085GGVX310C is a compact three-phase soft starter designed for AC induction motors, rated at 85 Arms operational current with 220–600 VAC +10% -15% operational voltage. The device features integrated electronic motor overload protection (Class 10), Modbus communication over RS485, and easy setup through three knobs for adjusting starting parameters. It includes soft starting and soft stopping functionality with ramp-up time adjustable from 1 to 30 seconds and ramp-down time from 0 to 30 seconds, with FLC range settings of 55–85 A. The RSGD6085GGVX310C is housed in a 75 mm DIN rail-mount enclosure with IP20 protection grade and weighs approximately 2.3 kg. Typical applications include compressors, pumps, and fans, where reducing starting current and minimizing motor stress during start and stop cycles are critical requirements.
