DESCRIPTION
CA18CLF08TO is a capacitive proximity sensor designed for non-metallic object detection in industrial applications. It features a flush-mounted M18 housing with an adjustable sensing distance of 3 to 8 mm (factory set at 8 mm), rated operational voltage of 20–250 VAC, and SCR output with make (NO) switching configuration. The sensor incorporates TRIPLESHIELD™ protection technology, providing high noise immunity, temperature stability from -25°C to +80°C, and IP 67 protection rating. With its 2 m PVC cable connection, yellow LED indication, and adjustable 270° sensitivity potentiometer, this sensor is ideal for level detection and plastic machinery applications where reliable detection of non-metallic materials such as plastics, resins, and packaging contents is required.
