DESCRIPTION
RAM1A60A125 is an industrial 1-phase zero-switching AC solid state relay designed for switching resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads. It features a rated operational voltage of 600 VACrms with a blocking voltage of 1200 Vp, a rated operational current of 125 AACrms, and a control voltage range of 20-280 VAC/22-48 VDC. The relay incorporates direct copper bonding (DCB) technology, LED indication for control input status, and integrated overvoltage protection through self-switching. The device provides opto-isolation greater than 4000 VACrms, operates at frequencies between 45-65 Hz, and includes a clip-on IP 20 protection cover with self-lifting terminals. This relay is widely used in industrial applications requiring reliable AC switching with zero-voltage turn-on capability, offering excellent transient protection through a built-in snubber and compatibility with resistive, inductive, and capacitive loads.
