YL212CPN8M1IO is a slim-line IO-Link master module designed as a machine-mount fieldbus gateway with eight M12 IO-Link ports compatible with IO-Link V1.0 and V1.1. The module features a rated operating voltage of 20–30 VDC with power supply capability of 16 A maximum for both module electronics/sensors and actuators, and includes integrated PROFINET IO, Modbus TCP, and OPC UA protocol support for simultaneous multi-controller data access. It provides a powerful web interface and integrated IODD interpreter for remote configuration and diagnostics from tablets or smartphones, with automatic parameter download capability for device replacement via IO-Link V1.1. The device is housed in molded polyamide 66 (potted) with IP67 protection, operates across -25°C to +60°C, and includes two industrial Ethernet ports (M12 D-coded, 4-pin) supporting 10/100BASE-TX with 100 m link distance. This solution enables complete plant integration from management level (ERP) to field level (sensors and actuators), increasing machine and plant availability and efficiency in Industry 4.0 environments.
