The 44070ESD is a static dissipative swab engineered for cleaning static-sensitive components and work areas. It consists of a 3.2-inch blue dissipative handle and a conical sealed foam head measuring 0.13 inches at the base and 0.03 inches at the tip. The handle has a surface resistivity of 10^10 ohms/sq and can dissipate 99% of a 5 kV charge in 0.5 seconds. Made from 100 pores-per-inch medical-grade foam, the thermally bonded head offers high solvent capacity without using adhesives. Its fiberless construction and non-contaminating properties make it an ideal choice for working around sensitive electronics.
