DESCRIPTION

The EC4SAW-24S12N is a 5–6 W isolated DC-DC converter module designed for compact power conversion applications requiring regulated 12 VDC output from a wide 9–36 VDC input range. It features a 1500 VDC isolation barrier, 88% efficiency at full load, and continuous short-circuit protection with remote on/off control capability. The module delivers 0–500 mA output current with ±1.5% voltage accuracy, ±0.5% load regulation, and transient response within 250 µs for 25% step load changes. Operating across -40 °C to +85 °C with natural convection cooling and housed in a compact SIP-8 plastic package (21.8 × 9.2 × 11.1 mm), it is ideal for industrial control systems, telecommunications equipment, and distributed power architectures where galvanic isolation and reliability are critical.
