DESCRIPTION
The 1569-22-1-0500-002-1-TS is a 22 AWG tinned copper PVC-insulated wire designed for high-temperature industrial applications requiring flame resistance and dual-rated safety approvals. The wire features 17 strands of 0.160 mm tinned copper with an overall diameter of 1.60 ± 0.10 mm and insulation thickness of 0.38 mm, delivering a maximum conductor resistance of 62.5 ohm/km. It is rated for continuous operation from -10°C to 105°C at 300V with an insulation dielectric strength of 2000 VAC/min and passes the VW-1 flame test, meeting both UL Subject 758 and CSA standards for use in USA and Canada. The wire exhibits excellent flexibility and resistance to oil, heat, cold, lighter fluid, and repeated flexing, making it ideal for internal wiring in electric cookers, hair dryers, air-conditioners, transformer coils, light fixtures, and electric ovens. It is supplied in 500 ft reels and conforms to RoHS Directive 2011/65/EC.
