DESCRIPTION
The 21458-22-2-0500-0104-1-TS is a UL Style 21458 parallel cable featuring two tinned copper conductors with mPPE-PE insulation, designed for applications requiring reliable electrical connectivity at elevated temperatures. The cable is rated for 300V at 80°C and features a withstand voltage of 3kV/0.15sec, with insulation thickness of 0.38 mm and an overall diameter of 1.6 × 3.2 mm (±0.10). The 22 AWG conductor configuration (17/0.16 tinned strands per conductor, 0.33 mm² cross-section) provides a maximum conductor resistance of 55.9 O/km and demonstrates excellent mechanical properties including 100% elongation when unaged and tensile strength of 1500 lbf/in².
