DESCRIPTION
The 09-9072-1-0319 is a metal thread-mount panel jack designed for vertical mounting on boards and panels up to 3/16" thickness. It features a brass body (ASTM B16, Alloy C36000, 1/2 hard) with a beryllium copper spring cage (ASTM B194, Alloy C17200) for reliable electrical contact and durability. The jack accepts a 0.000" ± 0.001" pin/plug/jack size and mounts via 1/4-32 UNEF-2A thread with a 0.257" ± 0.002" mounting hole, providing a minimum hole depth of 0.420" and an overall length of 0.922". The nylon insulation (ASTM D4066) is available in multiple color options, and the assembly includes a phosphor bronze washer and brass nut for secure panel mounting.
