DESCRIPTION
The 150104J400EC is a Type 150 axial leaded metallized polyester non-inductive capacitor rated for 400 Vdc operation with a capacitance of 0.1 µF and ±5% tolerance. This flame-retardant capacitor features an epoxy end fill meeting UL94V-0 and a flame-retardant outer wrap meeting UL510, ensuring safety and reliability in demanding applications. The device operates across a temperature range of -55 °C to +125 °C (with linear derating to 50% rated voltage at 125 °C) and exhibits low self-inductance of 1 nH maximum per 1 mm of lead and body length. The capacitor is available on tape and reel or in bulk form for automatic insertion, making it suitable for blocking, bypass, decoupling, smoothing, and timing applications in electronic circuits.
