DESCRIPTION
944L101K122ACI is a Type 944L low-inductance DC link capacitor specifically engineered for fast-switching power conversion applications including DC fast EV charging, solar inverters, and motor drives. The capacitor features a 100 µF capacitance at 1200 Vdc rated voltage with low-loss winding technology that achieves up to 60% lower equivalent series inductance (ESL) compared to conventional designs. It operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C with a maximum ripple current of 69 A at 55°C, typical ESR of 0.9 mO at 10 kHz, and ESL of 15 nH. The rugged plastic case (UL94V-0) includes integrated mounting flanges and M8 threaded stud or M5 insert termination options for secure, easy installation. This design is ideal for high power-dense inverter systems requiring higher switching frequencies and reliable long-term performance under demanding thermal and electrical conditions.
