DESCRIPTION
The 944L101K122ACM is a Type 944L low-inductance DC link capacitor specifically engineered for fast-switching power conversion applications in high-power-dense inverter and converter designs. This capacitor features a 100 µF capacitance at 1200 Vdc rated voltage with a typical equivalent series inductance (ESL) of 15 nH and equivalent series resistance (ESR) of 0.9 mO at 10 kHz, delivering up to 60% lower ESL compared to conventional designs. It supports a maximum rms current of 69 A at 55°C and operates reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to 85°C, with a resonant frequency of 130 kHz. The capacitor features a rugged plastic case (UL94V-0) with integrated mounting flanges, M5 insert termination, and is ideal for DC fast EV charging, high-power solar inverters, and motor drive applications where low inductance and high ripple current handling are critical.
