DESCRIPTION

The RR121-1B53-311 is an omnipolar TMR (Tunneling Magnetoresistance) digital push-pull magnetic sensor designed for proximity sensing, rotary sensing, and level detection applications. It features a 30 G operate sensitivity and 20 G release sensitivity with omnipolar magnetic field response, enabling detection of magnetic fields from either polarity. The device operates at a switching frequency of 250 Hz with an average supply current of 1.44 µA, active mode time of 1.4 µs, and idle mode time of 4.0 ms, making it highly efficient for battery-powered applications. It supports a supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 3.6 V, operates across -40°C to +125°C, and delivers active-low digital output. The RR121-1B53-311 is ideal for medical, industrial, automotive, and consumer applications requiring low-power magnetic sensing with moderate sampling rates.
