DESCRIPTION
E1016-1705 is a Cam-Lok J-Series single pole male insulated receptacle with double set screw termination, designed for reliable industrial power connectivity. This white color-coded receptacle features a double cam principle that provides a positive, vibration-proof connection with contacts machined from high conductivity brass for smooth sliding fit and easy locking action. The watertight elastomeric TPE body is molded from colorfast material and provides recessed contacts protected by an insulating jacket extending beyond contact ends for safety. Rated for 600V AC/DC and up to 400A continuous with cable sizes from 1/0 to 4/0, it operates in ambient temperatures from -40°C to 105°C. The receptacle is safety insulated for direct mounting to steel panels and is ideal for motors, generators, lighting distribution panels, and stand-by power applications.
