DESCRIPTION
E1016-1729K is a Cam-Lok J-Series single pole female insulated receptacle designed for reliable industrial power connectivity. This green color-coded receptacle features a single hole busbar mounting configuration with a watertight elastomeric TPE body molded from colorfast material for easy phase identification. The receptacle is safety insulated for direct mounting to steel panels, with recessed contacts protected by an insulating jacket that extends beyond contact ends for safety. It provides self-compensating wear characteristics and a high-pressure contact approaching 600 lbs per sq. in. with only 1/3 of a turn, ensuring minimum resistance. Common applications include motors, generators, indoor and outdoor lighting distribution panels, and stand-by power systems.
