DESCRIPTION
The MXO45HST-3C-8M000000 is an 8-pin DIP HCMOS/TTL clock oscillator designed for legacy thru-hole applications requiring low-cost clock generation. It features fundamental and 3rd overtone crystal designs with low phase jitter performance (0.7 ps RMS typical), frequency stability of ±50 ppm, and operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. The device supports a supply voltage of 4.5–5.5 V (nominal 5.0 V) with an output enable function controlled via Pin 1, offering enable time of 200 ns maximum and disable current of 10–15 mA.
