DESCRIPTION
2004W is a flexible hi-temp thermoplastic terminal block featuring a solderable tin-plated single solder tab (wire clamp) for secure connections. The block is constructed from polypropylene oxide with a self-extinguishing UL94V-0 flammability rating and offers a center-to-center spacing of 0.4375 inches (11.11 mm). It supports wire ranges up to No. 10 AWG with UL electrical ratings of 30A at 1100V RMS and CSA ratings of 20A at 300V, making it suitable for surface mount, sub-panel, and chassis connections. The economical closed-back design eliminates the need for costly insulation strips, and the terminal block can be configured with 1 through 26 terminals depending on application requirements. Common applications include industrial control systems, power distribution, and electronic circuit assemblies where reliable, flexible termination is essential.
