DESCRIPTION

DAT70510F is a high-insulation resistance reed relay designed for high-voltage isolation applications requiring exceptional reliability. This relay features a 5kV isolation voltage across contacts with rhodium contact material, delivering low contact resistance of 50 mO (typical 15 mO) and a minimum insulation resistance of 1×106 O. The device operates with a 5V DC coil voltage, must-operate voltage of 3.7V DC, and supports a maximum switching power of 50W with a maximum switching voltage of 1000V DC and switching current of 3A. The relay includes flying lead connections with UL3239 22AWG cable rated for 20kV, operates over a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, and achieves a lifetime operation of 106 cycles in dry switching conditions. These specifications make DAT70510F ideal for sensitive test and measurement circuits, cardiac defibrillators, and high-voltage power supplies where low leakage current and high isolation are critical.
