DESCRIPTION
FSV10AR06 is an inline flow switch designed for G1" BSP pipe connections that controls pumps and other equipment via a relay output. The device features a brass flow tube with a plunger mechanism that activates a magnetic switch when flow exceeds the minimum threshold of 0.6 l/min, with a maximum flow capacity of 80 l/min and maximum operating pressure of 8 bar. It operates on supply voltages of 24 or 240 Vac, with a maximum switching power of 1 kW and switching current of 4 A for motor loads, plus an adjustable pump stop delay range from 0 to 10 seconds. The switch must be mounted vertically with upward flow direction and is commonly used in pumped systems where it is installed above the pump to provide automatic shutdown on flow loss and load protection up to 4 A inductive.
