DESCRIPTION
The 74017-82 is a 2-way, direct-acting, gravity-fed solenoid dispense valve designed for dispensing water or similar media from tanks and boilers. It operates at 220/240 VAC 50/60 Hz with a coil power rating of 12 W continuous / 16 W intermittent, and features an internally rectified AC coil with 0.25" × 0.03" spade terminals. The valve is rated for up to 3 psi differential pressure and is available with multiple valve body materials (Noryl®, Nylon, or Polysulfone) and connection options, with a silicone diaphragm suitable for potable water applications. It is certified to UR, cUR, NSF, and ENEC standards, RoHS compliant, and features a rotatable coil and tool-free service configuration. Common applications include ice maker equipment, tank or boiler draining, and potable water systems where reliable, low-pressure fluid dispensing is required.
