DESCRIPTION
The 515-0005F is a snap-in mounting clip assembly designed for secure panel mounting of 5mm LED lamps. It features a two-piece design consisting of a mounting clip and a retaining ring that work together to hold the LED firmly in place from both front and rear of the panel. The clip accommodates a recommended mounting hole diameter of 5.97 mm (0.235 inches) with a maximum panel thickness of 2.78 mm (0.110 inches), and the retaining ring measures 9.40 mm (0.370 inches) in diameter with a height of 4.32 mm (0.170 inches). This mounting solution is compatible with specific Dialight LED models including 521-9173, 521-9174, 521-9445, 521-9651, and 521-9724. The snap-in design enables quick and tool-free installation, making it ideal for applications requiring frequent LED replacement or maintenance in control panels, instrumentation displays, and industrial equipment.
