DESCRIPTION
515-1352-0625F is a vertical panel mount OPTOPIPE® light pipe featuring a convex lens design with 5mm diameter output and 0.625 inch (15.88 mm) length. The device is precision molded from RoHS compliant UL94-V0 water clear polycarbonate with an oxygen index of 35%, and includes a diffused textured lens surface for optimal light distribution. It mounts via a press-fit mechanism with a 0.156 inch (±0.002 inch) mounting hole diameter and requires a minimum panel thickness of 0.040 inch (1 mm), operating reliably across a temperature range of -40°C to +100°C. This light pipe is optimally designed for use with Dialight surface mount LEDs (such as PLCC-2 and PLCC-4 configurations) to provide cost-effective front panel indication for products with PCBs parallel to the front panel, offering low voltage operation and minimal power consumption.
